Where does my audience come from?
Anyone who gave you their email — at checkout, via a chat conversation, through a sign-up form — lands as a Contact with their consent state captured. You don't bolt on a separate ESP; the people are already there.
Can I segment?
Yes. Filter by consent, source (chat, checkout, signup), tags, and what they bought or asked about. v1 is filter-based; saved segments + AI-suggested audiences come next.
What about deliverability?
We send through AWS SES with our domain reputation. As volume grows on your store we move you to your own sender domain — you'll get a guided setup when that makes sense.
